Meet Sarah
Hi, I’m Sarah, a virtual assistant supporting holistic wellness course creators with the technical and organisational side of launching online programmes.

I help bring structure, clarity and calm to the setup process, so you can focus on your work without feeling overwhelmed by the tech behind it.
How I Came To This Work
After working for several years as a legal secretary, I reached a point where stress and poor mental health made that environment unsustainable.

During that time, I found that holistic practices supported my recovery in a way that mainstream approaches hadn’t. It gave me a new perspective on wellbeing, and a growing appreciation for the work that holistic practitioners do.

As I explored this space more, I realised I wanted to support that work in some way, but not as a practitioner myself.
Â
Instead, I saw an opportunity to use the skills I already had.

Many course creators were feeling overwhelmed by the technical side of bringing their work online: the structure, the systems, the setup ... and these were the areas I felt naturally drawn to and confident in.

Supporting others in this way felt like a natural fit.
My approach is calm, structured and detail-focused.

I aim to create a smooth and supportive experience where everything feels organised and manageable, not rushed or overwhelming. From course structure to platform setup, I focus on creating clarity behind the scenes so that the process feels grounded and steady.

I work with holistic wellness creators, coaches and practitioners who are ready to bring their work online, but need support with the setup, systems and structure behind it.

Whether you're creating your first course or refining an existing one, I’m here to help you feel supported through the process.
My Approach
Outside of my work, I value a slower, more intentional pace of life.

I’m still on my own journey with health and wellbeing, and I try to approach both my work and daily life in a way that feels calm and sustainable. When I can, I enjoy spending time in nature, as well as creative hobbies like journaling and art.
